Dragon Bench Warranty

Limited Warranty

Dragon Bench Limited ("the Company") extends this Limited Warranty to the original purchaser of DragonBench heated seating products ("the Product") for commercial and domestic use. This warranty is not transferrable and applies to purchases made directly from DragonBench or authorized resellers.

Warranty Period

The Warranty for the Dragon Bench heated seating is valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase and a valid receipt are required to claim the warranty.

Coverage

This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. During the warranty period, the Company will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any component that fails due to such defects. This may involve the use of new or refurbished replacement parts.

Exclusions

This Warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, and nicks.

• Damage caused by exposure to corrosive environments, or failure to follow the instructions relating to the product’s intended use.

• Products sold "as is" or from unauthorized resellers.

Claims Process

To make a warranty claim:

1. Contact Dragon Bench Customer Service via our website. Provide a detailed description of the issue, the product model, and the serial number.

2. Submit a copy of your original purchase receipt.

3. Follow the instructions provided by Customer Service for shipping the defective product. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the product back for warranty service. Dragon Bench will cover return shipping costs for products under warranty.

Limitation of Damages

In no event shall Dragon Bench be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even if Dragon Bench has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

This Limited Warranty shall be governed by the laws of the country or state in which the original purchase was made.

Warranty Modification

DragonBench reserves the right to modify this warranty at any time, so please review the warranty page on our website periodically.
