Warranty

​​Effective Date: 16 June 2026

DragonBench Ltd ("DragonBench", "we", "us" or "our") warrants its heated seating products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase.

This warranty applies to products purchased directly from DragonBench Ltd or through an authorised reseller and is provided to the original purchaser.

Proof of purchase may be required when making a warranty claim.

1. Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period, DragonBench will, at its discretion, repair, replace or provide replacement components for any part found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship.

Warranty support may be provided through:

• Technical support and fault diagnosis

• Replacement parts or assemblies

• Repair of the affected product

• Replacement of defective components

The remedy provided under this warranty shall be the sole remedy available under this warranty.

2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers defects arising from:

• Faulty materials

• Manufacturing defects

• Defects in workmanship

• Failure of electrical or electronic components under normal use

DragonBench products are designed for commercial and outdoor use. This warranty applies where products have been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with DragonBench guidance and their intended application.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or vandalism

• Accidental damage, impact damage, flooding, fire or other external causes

• Damage resulting from improper installation, modification or repair by persons not authorised by DragonBench

• Damage caused by operation outside the product's intended use

• Damage caused by incorrect electrical supply, inadequate protection devices or improper wiring

• Cosmetic deterioration, minor scratches, dents, scuffs or normal wear and tear

• Natural ageing of finishes, coatings, fabrics or upholstery

• Corrosion resulting from abnormal environmental conditions, chemical exposure or improper maintenance

• Routine maintenance or cleaning

• Products purchased from unauthorised sellers

This warranty applies only to DragonBench-supplied products and components. DragonBench accepts no responsibility for defects arising from third-party structures, furniture, electrical installations or associated works not supplied by DragonBench.

4. Warranty Claims

If you believe your product is covered by this warranty, please contact DragonBench and provide:

• Proof of purchase

• A description of the fault

• Photographs where appropriate

• Product details and installation information where relevant

DragonBench may request additional information to assist with fault diagnosis before determining the appropriate remedy.

Where replacement parts are supplied under warranty, DragonBench may request the return of defective components for inspection.

5. Limitation of Liability​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DragonBench shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the product, including loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or loss of opportunity.

Nothing in this warranty excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

6. Statutory Rights​

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

7. Governing Law​

This warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

8. Changes to This Warranty​

DragonBench reserves the right to amend this warranty for future product sales. Any changes will not affect warranties already in force at the time of purchase.
